Founder & Director
Previously CEO of PathFinders, Kay is a Hong Kong- and England & Wales- qualified lawyer and mediator by background. Before PathFinders, Kay worked at Mayer Brown JSM and Goldman Sachs. In 2017 Kay won the Macquarie David Clarke Social Innovation Fellowship and a scholarship to Harvard for her access to justice and policy work
Director & Board Chair
Prior to joining Equal Justice Jenny was one of the first volunteer legal case managers at PathFinders, managing their engagement with government, legislators, academia and the international and local community. Previously a Magistrate with experience in criminal, family and youth matters, Jenny is a published author on Child Protection in Hong Kong
