Submissions
During Equal Justice’s formative years within PathFinders, our research and influence programme made multiple submissions to the United Nations, HKSAR Government and LegCo on a wide range of issues affecting migrant children and their mothers in Hong Kong. Topics covered include child protection, employment rights, trafficking, immigration and identity, and children’s and women’s rights.
