Equal Justice 平義社 has been audited each year since our incorporation. We are pleased to be able to present audited financial statements for the year ended 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

  • GROWTH Since our incorporation, we experienced income, we experienced income growth in excess of 450%.

  • DIVERSIFIED FUNDING We have diversified our funding sources and are immensely grateful to the foundations, corporates and individuals whose donations have made, and make, our work possible.

  • ABOUT 2023 In 2023, our total income grew by 38% compared to 2022, mainly due to a 63% increase in funding we received from foundations and trusts. The increased funding enabled us to respond to the increase in demand for our services, along with the expansion of our education programme and the CLIX initiative.

    With continued support from long-term funders and generous individuals secured through various fundraising campaigns and considerable financial governance, we were able to meet our clients’ needs and ended 2023 with a small surplus of HK$54,000.

  • 2024 OUTLOOK Our financial outlook for 2024 is positive at the time of writing and aligns with our continuing strategic mandate of 'People First; Managing Growth'.

  • 2025 AND BEYOND We are working hard to build our funding pipeline, and unrestricted reserves, to take us into 2025, and beyond.
