Our services are designed to direct help to where it’s most needed

We have four service areas, designed to give us the broadest possible reach and to positively impact more people as we work towards closing the access to justice gap in Hong Kong

SERVICE

Our case workers provide help to navigate the justice system, working to support the best possible outcome. We collaborate with a wide network of community partners including law firms, barristers’ chambers and corporate partners who help us on pro bono, low bono and legally aided cases

EDUCATION

By providing legal information and training we aim to help more people understand the law and empower them to help themselves. We offer legal education for the public and deliver training to upskill our community partners, helping them identify potential legal issues earlier

KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE

We focus the broader access to justice community on the priority needs and areas of impact to foster longer term changes. We proactively promote and encourage knowledge sharing, and our data insights are frequently used for research in collaboration with universities, academics and public policy work

DIGITAL INNOVATION

We are committed to enabling our clients, community and team through digital innovation.

We have rolled out 2 digital innovations in the last 2 year:

1) Pregnant at Work: A multi-language, interactive community legal education platform that that gives Hong Kong employees, employers and families the information they need for happier and better-supported pregnancies.

2) CLIX: Hong Kong's ‘Law for Good’ matching portal. CLIX connects lawyers willing to provide pro bono legal advice and help, to community impact organisations that need legal support for themselves and their client beneficiaries.
